Purchasing from Stonewerx
Stonewerx Ltd gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility through a PayPal secure connection.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. You will be asked to register as a member of Stonewerx. Your billing address details will be filed to save you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. You will not receive promotional communications from third parties.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Colours
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Stonewerx cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Delivery
Stonewerx will only deliver within the North Island of New Zealand. Deliveries are made to freighting depots by default. You make your own arrangements for delivering the stones to your address. However you can choose to ask Stonewerx to arrange delivery from the depot to your site address if required. Delivery charges appear in the shopping cart once you have added your billing address and chosen your closest depot collection point. There is a minimum delivery fee of $25 on all orders.
Note that large quantities of stone may require a Hi-ab crane or forklift to be present at the site address to unload the stones from the delivery vehicle. The cost of the equipment is not included in the delivery price shown in the website shopping cart.
Payment of any additional delivery fees to site address or to cover the cost of equipment hired by Stonewerx on your behalf must be paid before delivery. This will be a separate payment from the payment for the stones If you do not agree to the additional fees, you will have the option to cancel your order.
Timeframe
Stonewerx aim to deliver the stones ordered within 30 days, however this may vary depending on the availability of raw materials and the type of finish required. A Stonewerx representative will contact you to inform of any delays to the expected timeframe.
Stonewerx reserves the right to update this Terms of Use from time to time.
Measurements
Please note that you are responsible for calculating the quantity of stone required, Stonewerx will not be responsible for any shortfall or excess quantities. Please read our How to measure guidelines before placing the order.
